Tsa tsas like this small votive offering made of clay were produced by numbers and were left at shrines or holy places.
This tsa tsa shows a violent aspect of Manjushri, Yamantaka, the Destroyer of the God of Death, standing on a lotus base with one knee bent in a side stance.
He has multiple arms holding weapons fanning out around himself. He has the head of a bull with horns,
wearing a crown and visible from there are two heads.
The head in the middle is a wrathful form with bulging eyes, whereas the head on top is of Manjushri.
Yamantaka is backed by a wild, flaming aureole.
