This exquisite representation of Manjushri, the Bodhisattva of Wisdom, is seated in on a double-lotus pedestal. Holding the flaming sword of wisdom in the right hand, symbolizing the cutting of ignorance, The left hand gently holds a scripture (sutra), a symbol of transcendent knowledge and wisdom, while performing the gesture of teaching (vitarka mudra).

Behind an intricate mandorla, richly adorned with six seated Green Taras, floral and foliate motifs, and surmounted by a small figure of Buddha Amitabha seated in meditation, signifying Manjushri's spiritual lineage.

The base is elaborately ornamented with Dragons , a Garuda mythical creatureas and floral motifs, representing the protective forces of the cosmos. The vibrant gilding, combined with delicate polychrome details, accentuates the expressive facial features and the deity's serene demeanor.
