Carved from fine dark stone, this compact votive stele features two seated Buddhas within arched niches, rendered in high relief. Each figure sits in vajraparyankasana (full lotus posture) upon a simple plinth.

The serene figures are framed by halo-like mandorlas, and both niches are flanked by incised Siddham script inscriptions, suggesting a devotional context, likely related to merit-making or pilgrimage. The style, marked by broad shoulders, simple robes draped over the left shoulder, and deeply incised eyes and features, is characteristic of the Pala dynasty (8th–12th century), which was known for its refined stone sculpture used in both temple and portable votive contexts.

Despite some wear of the scultptures, the composition retains a strong devotional presence. The crisp carving and the elegance of the symmetrical layout highlight the sculptor’s attention to balance and spiritual clarity.
