Standing on a rectangular pedestal, the goddess Varahi is depicted in her characteristic boar-headed form. The female body is rendered with a slender waist and softly modelled limbs, while the head displays the elongated snout and alert ears of a wild boar. She wears a close-fitting lower garment and a sash draped diagonally across the torso.

The deity holds attributes in both hands, identifying her as Varahi, the shakti of Varaha, the boar incarnation of Vishnu. As one of the Saptamatrikas (Seven Mother Goddesses), Varahi occupies an important place in both Hindu and Tantric traditions, where she is revered as a protective and powerful manifestation of divine energy.

The sculpture is notable for its restrained elegance and compact proportions, characteristic of medieval Indian bronze casting.
