A finely potted porcelain garlic-head vase, painted in qianjiangcai enamels with blossoming prunus branches and a pair of birds perched among the flowering boughs. One side bears a poetic inscription and artist's signature, executed in iron-red and black enamels. The decoration is rendered in the painterly literati style characteristic of the late Qing period, combining delicate brushwork with restrained coloration. The base left unmarked.
