A cast Silver alloy Sculpture, the Buddha is seated in bhūmisparśa mudrā (earth-touching gesture), his right hand extended over the knee, the left resting in his lap. He is shown on a stepped pedestal decorated with diamond-patterned incisions, representing a stylised naga throne. His facial features are rendered with a broad forehead, arched brows, downcast eyes, and a gentle smile. The tightly curled hair is surmounted by a flame finial.

The back of the pedestal shows an incised panel, possibly once bearing an inscription or protective yantra, now worn smooth from age.

Such small portable images were commonly used for personal devotion and carried as protective talismans in Thailand during the late Ayutthaya and early Rattanakosin periods.
