Elegantly potted porcelain vase of slender baluster form rising from a slightly spreading foot to a long cylindrical neck and gently everted rim. The body is decorated in the doucai palette with scrolling floral vines bearing stylized blossoms reserved against a white ground. The principal design is executed in soft turquoise-green enamels with iron-red details and pale yellow, aubergine and blue flower heads. The neck is further enriched with bands of floral scrolls and geometric borders, while the shoulder and foot are encircled by stylized lappet and diaper bands in iron-red enamel.

The recessed base bears a six-character underglaze-blue mark reading Da Qing Yongzheng Nian Zhi ("Made in the Yongzheng period of the Great Qing").

The vase follows decorative traditions developed during the Yongzheng period (1723–1735), when imperial porcelain production reached an exceptional level of refinement. The restrained colour palette, delicate floral scrollwork and balanced proportions are characteristic of Yongzheng taste, which favoured elegant designs over the more densely ornamented wares of the succeeding Qianlong reign.

The turquoise-green enamel decoration is particularly noteworthy and recalls imperial doucai wares inspired by Chenghua prototypes while reinterpreted through the sophisticated aesthetic of the Yongzheng court. The finely proportioned neck and harmonious silhouette further reflect eighteenth-century imperial designs.
