Of globular form with a short straight neck, painted in underglaze blue with continuous scenes of attendants and guards carrying staves within a wooded landscape of rocks, bamboo and willows, beneath a cloud-pattern band at the shoulder and above a border of rectangular panels enclosing stylised floral motifs. The base unglazed, showing the reddish-brown ware.
