Cast in bronze, of rounded deep-bellied form, supported on three cylindrical legs and surmounted by a pair of upright loop handles rising from the rim. The exterior is densely decorated with a geometric leiwen (thunder-pattern) ground, arranged in lozenge-shaped panels and punctuated with raised bosses, below a narrow band of stylised scroll motifs beneath the rim.

The interior is plain, showing extensive burial encrustation. The vessel displays a richly developed green and brown patina with areas of malachite accretion, consistent with long burial. The overall form and decorative vocabulary relate to ritual food vessels used in ceremonial contexts.
